Terry, the owner transported us to and from our accomodation, and was such a delight to chat with.
We had Olivia guide us for the day, and me being a beginner hiker and bit nervous about the whole day, she really put me at ease and I felt supported.
She was equipped with all the gear, extra water electrolytes etc, and when It came to the tougher bits of the hike even carried my bag to help me through it.
She was so friendly, and we had a great chat most of the hike which helped keep me motivated.
