I was firstly impressed by the professionalism and organisation when we booked up, he gave me huge confidence that we would be safe in his hands, I was not disappointed.
Although we are fairly fit (and nearly 60), taking on the crossing in snow was always going to be a challenge and we achieved it because Terry (and his colleague) was hugely supportive and encouraging.
